Purpose and Scope
The site organizes public routes for current inmate information, 24 Hour Bookings, historical record requests, court follow-up, state custody, and the three city source maps. It keeps a fresh booking apart from current custody, a court disposition, and a later prison or federal locator result. Reference information lives here. Official records never do.
Independent Operation
The site has no affiliation with the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, the Baldwin County Sheriff's Corrections Center, municipal police departments, the Alabama Department of Corrections, a court, or another government body. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, change an agency record, provide legal advice, or tell a visitor how a case will end.
Source Approach
Official agencies lead the source path. The Sheriff is the starting point for county booking and current-inmate views. A city police department or municipal court may be the correct source for a city matter. The Circuit Clerk is a court route. ADOC, BOP, and ICE answer different custody questions. An arrest or charge is treated here as an accusation, never as proof of guilt.
Search Partners
Some search tools on the site are delivered by third-party partners. A referral fee may be received when a visitor uses a partner tool. That arrangement makes no result official. It changes no priority of government sources, and it grants no access to agency records. Partner terms and privacy practices govern the services they operate.
